PLA Aero is a foaming PLA that expands at high temperature to form a low-density, lightweight structure with tiny internal voids. By tuning the printing temperature you control the foaming ratio and final weight, trading some strength for dramatic weight savings. Ideal for RC planes, UAVs, aerodynamic models and cosplay props where every gram counts.
